Hi Teedot,
You can add the tag cycleway=lane (or e.g. cycleway:left=lane if it's only on one side) to Todman Avenue, and remove the separate line.

Have a look at the wiki page, it gives examples for lots of situations - osm.wiki/Bicycle.

Hi Teedot,

Unless it's changed very recently, I believe the bike lanes on Rothschild and Dalmeny avenues are not separated from cars by any physical barrier.

They should be added with cycleway=lane on the existing way, rather than a separate highway=cycleway - have a look at osm.wiki/Bicycle#Cycle_lanes_in_bidirectional_motor_car_roads.

This is also the case with the cycle paths you added on on Todman avenue in #113179495 and #113695641.

Hi Teedot,

Are the cycleways you've tagged along Todman Ave physically separated from car lanes? Or is it only by white road markings?

Hi, thanks very much for pointing that out! I’ve repaired it at Henrietta/Victoria and Henrietta/Bronte intersections in #102595886.

The route also includes Prospect st and the shared path between Prospect and Henrietta which I’ve left as I’m unsure about.

Thanks :)

Hi, unsure on retagging the shared path past Stanmore library as highway=path. It’s seems very inconsistent with other shared paths in Sydney, which are almost always highway=cycleway.
Thanks! mitchelldm
