Sorry, but I can't find any error there. The JOSM error shows a lot of errors at Britt but not this special one. If you think, there is an error you are invited to fix it. Thanks and happy mapping!

Thanks for your message. The wiki recommends no longer tagging of landuse=industrial in case of man_made=wastewater_plant, see here man_made=wastewater_plant. But I don't want to argue with you. Therefore I won't remove it again! Happy mapping!
