Please check the alignment of the roads eg Triq il fortizza tal Mosta. it is offset to the South. I fixed several datum points from PA server e.g. the roundabout. Note the satellite maps are often badly offset and not consistently so you need to check frequently.

Building should refer to a single building. in many places large blocks of separate buildings have been merged as a single massive building. Residential landuse refers to an area which is primarily residential, so suitable to apply to a group of buildings. It is understood that a building entity would be either a single unit or possibly a group of units e.g. a block of flats, but there is a specific tag for that.
