| 139002464 | Hi Mapbear, the trails come from Rother Wanderführer Schottland, Rolf Gantzhorn, 2019 ed., if you own the book you can download, but usually the trails in the Rother Books are not very accurate. At least what I have seen in Cyprus and Greece... many hikers from German language countries use these red book, in fact in some remore region nearly all hikers. A should have referred to the as RW20 as i did with the other day sections, but somehow I forgot, RW20 stands for Rother Wanderführer Trail No. 20. I know, the Rother is sometimes a problem, as they recommend hikes which are not waymaked properly, but in scotland this seems to be the case quite often, in Greece, thats the usual case, can't see much in the field. At the parking space there is a big red/white sign "no motorized vehicles" (allgemeines Fahrverbot), so even if you could drive the road (we haven't hiked it), I would not do so in Israel. The other road further south leading to Jordan river is an old asphalt road, partly overgrown plants, partly gravel, but that one is allowed to drive. Regards from Switzerland Martin |

| 137263504 | We wanted to hike this part of E6, the scenery was nice, but it was, definitely, a road under construction. I guess there will be a tarmac road next time we pass there, regards mb |

Two weeks ago the road was blocked, there was a big red and white sign "no motorized traffic", they were working on conrete tunnels for the stream and of course with an offroad vehicle or tractor you can pass, but visitors should not be routed there until the road is finished and open to the public, regards mboesch |
