For me the street was an access road for the hotels. Wiki says for parking aisle: "It is generally not used for through traffic. " But I'm totally fine with your interpretation. Greetings

Hello Svalbard, I saw it on a free tourist map from the hotel.
I was there beginning of the year. I only add things I saw myself and tracked with my GPS tracker.
I set the sign as tourist attraction, as that was it for me.
If not correct, please feel free to change it.
In your link I cannot find the sign.
Here the sign is listed, but without ID:
