Hope you are doing good, While fixing incorrect edits in Singapore it is been observed that you have deleted way/464759059
way/646693244 and created a new way/804046139 adding oneway=no to the segment. May I know what made you delete the existing data along with the restrictions added to them.Here I removed the tag oneway=no which is not required specifically, as OSM consider a newly created way as bi-directional road itself by default.

Also I see many smooth alignments to the segments like node/7520534769 to
node/7682025573 and deleted way/821435030 do we have any OSM policies to do so?

Kindly suggest any wiki page which u are referring to.
