Create something is not what I call "refreshed info". State what you created, modified or deleted, please.

Sorry to bother you again, but, with all possible experiments, I cannot understand why you excluded node/315842084 (part of way/28726460) from the canal and inserted a node/4481531199 to replace it. Are you eager to see your name as modifier everywhere on each element in the Delta ??? And how are you planning to undo all these unneccary changes? do you keep a log file? to revert things with JOSM? Or perhaps you did not yet think about that.

Instead if "refreshed info" you'd better explain what exactly you did. That is a rule, and by entering OSM you promised to adhere to that rule. Obviously this message counts for all your modifications up to now.

And, of course, after the experiment, I delete the area!

I made some change, see if you like it: I made it into a "public reserve". Reserve makes much more sense to indicate an area with wild animals. I Guess it was introduced for the wildlife parks in Africa, but it is applicable here, don't you think?
I don't know if there are any other types, which result in a colour that contrasts more with the marsh, I leave up to you to experiment. I sometimes create a very small area in an empty space, to see effects, Nobody sees it unless you zoom in on an empty space. And who will do that?

Last week you created, and next edited the "Colonia Trofilca".
At first you specified:
natural water
water lake
but then you changed it to:
building yes
leisure bird_hide
I too know the place, and know it's popularity for bird watchers. But creating a building seems to me the wrong Idea, as there is no building. You obviously want to create an area with a visible different surface and a name. If the "landuse" tag does not fulfill your ideas, then I know not of any way to do that, but I invite you to the OSM forum where you can put the question, and explain more in detail what is your intention.
