well, this road is inside of the resort and there is a gate on the west side, Though I haven't visited the east side yet, I guess driving through is not allowed.

Polygons are drawn on bing satellite-the same which is used in JOSM. However, I found it easier to do it in QGIS instead of JOSM

This is a reversion of previously uploaded polygons. There was an upload errors-instead of polygons a set of points was created from nodes. It is reverted and reuploaded with correct settings.

Yes this was additional change to my previous edits-these deleted polygons were the old ones which I decided to replace with new-more detailed versions.

I uploaded the new versions from JOSM but noticed the overlap and therefore removed these ovelaping features.
