The edits in this changeset and in changeset/79161304 depict a construction project that has barely begun. Construction of the railroad part of the project will not even begin until 2021 but they are already shown on the map. These two changesets will be reverted. The OSM map should not be changed until the roads on the ground actually change.

I am unable to find any indication of the edits in this changeset in the Kandiyohi County GIS map nor in the Enterprise MnDOT Mapping Application. I tried to access the .png file you referenced but was unsuccessful. Are these changes that have already happened or plans for future construction?

Why change the tag to "ditch" when "canal" is part of the name? Please review ditch in Wiki. I believe these are irrigation canals.
