| 70943820 | over 6 years ago | JOSM validation searches for numbers, such as elevation, that have more than two decimal places and rounds them off to two. There's no need for more than two. |
| 70964351 | over 6 years ago | Sorry for the error but thanks for letting me know. And thanks for fixing it. |
| 58837594 | over 6 years ago | Joseph, this changeset is from about a year ago but I just wanted to pass along a tip. I had to adjust some roads in the same area where you had added some landuse areas. Please don't attach the landuse to the roads. Of course the landuse area doesn't go to the center of the road but it also makes more work when another mapper has to "unglue" all the nodes in order to adjust things. Thanks. |
| 70631561 | over 6 years ago | There are over 2000 orphan nodes (no tags or info) left over from this import. Please delete these nodes, or if you prefer I will be happy to do it, |
| 70819684 | over 6 years ago | There are many orphan nodes left over from this import. Can you delete these nodes, or shall I do it? |
| 70789371 | over 6 years ago | Hello, haanders. The name Goodwill is a standardized designation for the Goodwill Industries chain of stores. The name shouldn't have been changed to Goodwill Donation Center. Please change it back to Goodwill.

| 70839642 | over 6 years ago | Hello, Happy Hobo. Thanks for your edits. You should check the "fire hydrant" near the corner of Pierce Parkway and 31st Street. It probably isn't a fire hydrant, but it may be a storage facility. Please fix it.

| 70747867 | over 6 years ago | Hello, ecmeehan, and welcome to OSM mapping. Just a couple of suggestions on the apartment buildings you mapped. Instead of putting the number as the name put it in the address number space. It will still show up on the map. The name space would be used only if each building had a specific name. Also the buildings can be squared up by selecting it and pressing the "q" key. Hope you enjoy OSM mapping!

| 70677549 | over 6 years ago | Thanks for adding that street. Just a note: the number of lanes should be added only if the lanes are actually marked with lines on the street. It's not a big deal but one that I messed up in my town. I had half the streets marked when I saw what OSM Wiki says about it.

| 70677608 | over 6 years ago | It's good practice to provide a little more information in your changeset comments. For example, you could have said "Updates to driveway at Fox Hollow Elementary School." That just helps other mappers understand just what you changed. Keep up the good work!

| 70700325 | over 6 years ago | Also you changed the tag for one way from track to residential. Please review those two designations in OSM Wiki and take another look at whether your edits conform to those guideliines.

| 70700325 | over 6 years ago | Thanks for your edits. It's helpful to leave more descriptive comments about what you edited. I'm not sure what danqing-0528 means but it didn't reveal anything about your edits. A couple of the residential streets with no names probably should be tagged "driveway". Take a look at service=driveway

| 64216766 | over 6 years ago | A single palm tree does not meet the criteria for landuse nor a basin so the landuse areas you created around each palm tree are being deleted. Please check OSM Wiki for guidelines pertaining to your map edits. |
| 70613374 | over 6 years ago | @SomeoneElse There is no name for the dog on the plaque. It was removed after complaints about its racist connotations. |
| 70613374 | over 6 years ago | @SomeoneElse There is no consensus on an exact name for it. "Hoover Dam Mascot Memorial" seems appropriate. |
| 70613374 | over 6 years ago | On your profile page, you say "(Note - If I Create any fictional places, note that it’s for a school mapping project and they will be deleted on my behalf once they are presented. So, if you could refrain from deleting any fictous places that are created by me, that would be great.) Fictional places have no place on OSM, and are a form of vandalism, no matter the supposed reason. Please review osm.wiki/Vandalism The name of the dog that you chose to use (Nigga) was never on the plaque, and the plaque has been altered to eliminate the name that was used (Nig) because it is offensive to many people. Your use of it on OSM will also be offensive to many, and has absolutely no place on the OSM map. Please remove it ASAP. |
| 70596736 | over 6 years ago | Hello, LucSky66, and welcome to OSM editing. It's very helpful (and good mapping etiquette) to other mappers when you leave a brief comment about the edits you made. Please review osm.wiki/Good_changeset_comments

| 70601120 | over 6 years ago | Did it cause a problem for either of you? |
| 70601120 | over 6 years ago | Probably because I forgot to delete the data layer when I finished editing in Brazil. It was unintentional. |
| 70533692 | over 6 years ago | OK, I'll fix them. |
