So perhaps the tagging is supposed to be railway indeed, instead of construction?

Are you talking about the roads I added or the train line I touched? If regarding the railway, I just touched it, but didn't change any tagging, so I can't answer you properly (better talking to the person who created/changed the tags).

Oi muralito, tudo bem?

Eu retirei somente as etiquetas vehicle=* e source:vehicle porque a etiqueta vehicle estava dando conflito com a motor_vehicle=* (e ela já tem fonte).

Não alterei nenhuma outra etiqueta, somente fiz a retirada das 2 etiquetas citadas (ainda que eu acho que algumas que têm motor_vehicle=yes deveriam ser alteradas para "no", mas preferi não mexer nisso).

Você acha que esse changeset está equivocado? Posso corrigir sem nenhum problema!

I don't edit waterways (my edits are mainly roads). Sometimes, some roads I add pass through an waterway, so I have to add bridge or tunnel, and therefore it may look like it was me, but I wasn't.

Anyway, I'm glad you're fixing those wrong directions (I see lot of them but I don't fix because I'm not sure in which direction they should flow)!
