It seems to be a rapidly developing area where the farmland will vanish soon anyways.
Keeping the small patches of farmland is neglectable in my opinion. The farmland areas are often huge and I dont know how to split them conveniently in ID.

ok i see your point. the places were renamed, so the german names are old_names. so e.g. kalkofen -> wapnica is a clear rename. but for instace Lebbin -> Lubin. is this a rename? or can you tract that as german "transliteration" of Lubin? Like Usedom has name:pl=Uznam..

than why does wroclaw have name:de=breslau and not old_name:de=breslau? and where can i read those polish rules?
