Add on - we are trying to establish a common, cross-institution, database of exercise and operational areas in regard of crisis response. As of now, due to a wide variety of non standardized SW solutions, OSM seems to be THE solution for displaying and accessing vital area and orientation information for NGOs (funding issue), be it offline or online.

We are conducting a SAR K9 Bayrisches Rotes Kreuz certification with official acceptance by the local city authorities. Dates as published. The published area is a standard training area appointed to us. According to osm.wiki/DE:Key:protection_title#Sonderfl%C3%A4chen
Protection class 14 can (should) be used for this purpose.
