Many thanks for all your advice.  I will refrain from using First Book map, but in the meantime, I asked First Book to get permission for mapping they told me if requested from OSM directly for permission , they will appraise it.

I have  raised the issue in our community, but nobody gave a proper answer whether the custom imagery meets those requirements or not. But now what you recommend to solve this problem?

I really don't know whether the custom imagery meets those requirements or not. The custom imagery has been provided by some other people in the community we have to facilitate our contributions to the OSM map.
