Chilly - looking for a good solution here to make this routeable, and most importantly avoid logically impossible one ways. Right now there are two: one leading from the parking lot, the other one leading to it. Not in love with connecting highways to parking lot areas either.

I suggest to just trace out parking aisles. Thoughts?

Most of these buildings should be rectangular and aligned to street. Can you fix?

Hey there! See how JOSM buliding plugin has a parallelization tool? Select one building and draw subsequent buildings in parallel. Where the real buildings are parallel they should be parallel on the map too.

Hey there - how else do people get into this parking lot? right now there is only a one way leading out of the parking lot, but not a single way leading into it.

As adjacent city buildings these buildings should be parallel. If you use JOSM and the very handy JOSM buildings tool plugin, this is really easy to do.
