Hi, thank you for spotting this problem. We've tried to troubleshoot the geofabrik layer and found all the intersection nodes are those with invalid node id (0), which shouldn't be from the nodes we conflated because they are all assigned with a valid id.

So if you have any suggestions fixing these errors, please let us know and we'll appreciate your contribution!
