The sac_scale for this part requires the use of hands. From wiki about alpine_hiking : "Use of hands needed in order to advance in certain places.". I believe this is the correct marking.

There is not official link. There are no markings, no signs, no acceleration lane. There is only a gap in the guardrail. So I remove motorway link tags. But the roads are still connected.
