Thanks for your clarification, but i don't have any other source to modify the names, i will let them having the same name as Geobase. Since your local knowledge is more accurate, you may change them, if you want, the way you see fit.

I double checked the cases you sent to me and some of them (way id: 32255093; 32255106; 463454975) are named is osm same as in Geobase. if you have any other source i could use to make this changes, please let me know and i will correct them.
