One of the reasons I started isolating out unit numbers in strip malls is because the units generally stay the same much longer than the occupants.

Two thoughts:

I have the ability to get on the ground data by observing house numbers, because street names are often not listed on the houses, it is just as accurate to edit the house street from secondary observation/editing later on after getting primary data that is only observable from the ground.

Second, this area is full of mixed housing, from apartments to duplexes to single address building/homes. If someone wants to come behind me and confirm that the building is ONLY the address that I tagged in, that's okay. All I'm doing is marking in an address number that I observed on the building.
