Hello, I was unaware of this. I definitely have a building outline but I will have to retag it. I used the logic upload data but it ended up on the front door, not the outline. Not to belabor this point, only doing so because I find the situation so bizarre and disturbing. This is the file I uploaded. This is an IMGUR link to a screen shot of my .osm file upload. You can plainly see the tagging schema and icons I used with "zoo=enclosure" written in the .css file to make those icons appear. Thank you for your help, I am working on fixing this now. I suspect a tag edit/revert by another mapper and OSM server, log in-out issues combine to make this situation occur.

This is bizarre. I started the job offline and saved it as an osm file. On my local version, there is definitely "zoo=enclosure" on my tags. I uploaded that saved file. Yesterday, a lot of oddities occured when I downloaded the area from OSM into JOSM, and "zoo enclosure" was there along with the other edits, which led to my confusion. I also got wiki links I did incorrectly in my initial .osm local version but deleted right after my first upload. I have my style sheet is written so "zoo enclosure" puts my own icon up, and the icons were all still there. I even took a screen shot to show another mapper. I cannot begin to understand what is going on here. A mapper named Pyrog told me he did a revert, by email, if that makes a difference? Truly bizarre. Regardless, I am away from my computer until Monday. Monday morning I will try to sort through all of this. I will use Mateusz' latest version of tagging in this conversation as a guide. I apologise for this situation. I have never had anything like this happen before. I appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.

I am further concerned, because it has come to my attention another mapper made edits at the same time, and the first one I clicked on, which was "Zebra Area" has Lynx listed as the wiki entry, so with three mappers making edits the duplicates and consistency are now an issue. May we discuss this through email to come to a consensus about how it should be tagged? I feel I am correct in in my tagging according to the wiki, but a consensus might be the most important issue right now. Thank you for adding info in the tags and your help in this matter.

This is a cut and paste of the rule from the Wiki that I used. It comes up if you put ‘zoo=enclosure’ into the search bar:

“Part of zoo fits this description
Create an area inside tourism=zoo and tag it zoo=enclosure.
If you are not sure of its border you can place a single node in the middle and tag it zoo=enclosure but the area is preferable.
If given object has its own name then name=* is useful. “

As I interpret this, I have tagged them correctly. They are tagged nodes inside of zoo areas. Since another mapper started this before our organization was asked by the venue to map it, and there is some remodeling going into the new year, we did don’t want to create finite ‘areas’ until the remodeling is complete, so I used the less preferable, but still acceptable node/enclosure method as specified by the Wiki until we can visually survey the site post renovation.
I hope this clearly explains my rational for tagging these elements this way.
