I noticed it when I edited with Organic Maps App. I also noticed that whenever those links without “s” are automatically corrected by modern browsers.

I think Apps update their maps periodically. If you find more than a year not updating it, try this - uninstall App after exporting a copy of My Places to your device and reinstall it later as a fresh start.
