ok, i found the option for no fill, partial fill, full fill. This helps a lot with seeing the outlines. Mapping should be much closer to expected now.

Hey b-jazz, No problem. Will try to do it right. I am actively updating Quail Run. I typically start with a rough-in to get all the feature types and tagging and then polish it up. I only have time for a few holes a day. I can just omit the rough-in steps if that makes things better on your end. For the fringe edges, they are really hard to see but do exist. Do you know if there is a way to omit the overlay that shows the fairway and green lines with added green bars, this makes it even harder to see the background satellite images. Any other tips appreciated. I did start using JOSM, but it is a bit much for what im trying to do at the moment. Thanks, Loren

Hey b-jazz. Thanks for making the corrections. I was made aware of this previously. I noticed on some of the lines I could not see the arrows that indicate direction. Typically I just copy paste to stay consistent with tags. Probably some minor user error thing not letting the arrows show up. I'll figure out before updating further. Thanks again.

B-Jazz, thanks for the info and the update. i typically, copy/paste other golf features that have already been mapped in an attempt to preserve tagging and other formats. I tried to flip the hole direction when it was pointing the opposite way, etc. I didn't see a way to tell which way it points, but when looking closer i see an arrow if you are trying to add another point to the line. I'll re-check these, thanks for the updates!

B-Jazz, thank you for the tips on mapping courses. I'm new to this and I am just trying to follow other courses that are mapped as an example. Thanks for sharing the wiki page. I'll read up to make sure i'm doing this properly. I do see that you can create fairways around greens in the situation where there's a fringe. Here's the quote from the wiki, "If there is a clear "fringe" around the green, the fairway should extend around the green and be combined with the green into a multipolygon". I'll go back through anything I've added and check for mistakes. Thanks again.
