I did the change based on observation from last 3-4 years around how this part of greenery is used. I believe that property-wise, this belongs to Canada Post, but someone (CanadaPost, likely) put couple of picnic tables under the trees, and since two bus stops are nearby, seemingly plenty of people use it daily. To my surprise, I've seen people eating lunch (and not just CP or ScotiaBank employees, those are usually on their own patios nearby), people with dogs resting, joggers chatting (I don't even know where are the joggers from, Wynford has better jogging space in huge parkland on east side of DVP).
I could remove it, because you are right, this is not formally a park, I was just trying to reflect what I see daily (not so much in winter, though).
