I'm not pretending I know your local prevalence of this name, but it's doubtful poles think about this place days and nights or even know about it unless they have a particular interest. Polish tourists rather would prefer english wikipedia, since polish page doesn't exist. So using "common" for this name is not favorable in my opinion. For one group it is "common", for another it is not. Anyway it's up to your local community decision.

luiswoo is famous for placing putin's propagandist stigma on everyone who disagree with him. Almost all his posts about certain issues at local Russian forum are politically biased.

МФЦ POI here is just a part of apartment house. It occupayes several flats in the building. Therefor it isn't appropriate to map the whole building using the POI tag. It should be left as it was - on the node. If I'm not mistaken it was on the node.
