Thanks for the GPS track! I also checked the delta map once again and it's working. I changed the road name from British Columbia Highway 17A to 62B Street in that part.

Hi! I'm sorry for my late response!
I took a look here: http://deltamap.delta.ca/ to check the road name but the site doesn't work at the moment. I also checked OpenStreetCam images to look for the sign from the east side of the road that you were talking about. I didn't find it. Could you please indicate the source where you found that sign?

Thank you for writing to me! I think that Kingsway Street should be split at the intersection with the link (49.2184416, -122.9615229) in order the implied turn restriction to be effective.

Hello! Thank for your correction! The source I used was Canvec but now I've seen on OSC images "Grey Eagle Drive" .(http://internal.openstreetcam.org/details/956961/1301).

I changed the name to 8 Avenue because I found it in local data (Canvec). If you consider that is more correct to keep both names, you can make the necessary changes.

Hello! The correct way is to add "except:bicycle" when you create a turn restriction. If you take a look at the turn restrictions in that intersection you will see that the "except:bicycle" was already added. You can find some explanations here: osm.wiki/Relation:restriction

Hello! I changed the residential roads to service roads based on the information from wiki (highway=*). The residentials serve as an access to housing which is not the case in this area. Sorry for my late reply!

According to the OpenStreeCam (2017-02-21) and Bing imagery the parking lot and Kingsway are connected in that point. On the OSC images it can also be seen an only_right_turn sign at the exit of the parking lot.

Sorry for the delay. Checking on the Bing imagery in JOSM there seems to be a physical separator. But double checking the OpenStreetCam images (2016-11-18), the physical separator is not in its place so that the link doesn't make sense. I apologise once again for the late response!
