- just that in case of the offline map reader/routing program knows the date and can thus route via this street or not based on the date
- so I'll add "access=no" (rather "destination"/residents) for all and "foot=yes" (both without any @(...) )

then the "no @ (...)" part in the "access" or just "access=no" (someone would have to change it once the roadworks are finished)
or what to do about the offline maps that will get pulled in that time and wont get updated for 1/2/3 ... years (or never) ?
