Hi there! Just wanted to point out that the buildings at 561 & 563 King St E have been demolished to make way for an upcoming development (https://twitter.com/JoeyColeman/status/1468032361342382082). You've actually uploaded Mapillary imageries both before and after the demolition (before: 151251060235576; after: 2057410197757559). I would suggest removing them from the map or relabeling them as a construction zone if you are okay with that.

Hello! So the name:GO Transit tag is sort of like a workaround. The problem is two transit agencies often share the same physical stop but call them with different names. Since there is no official way to indicate the name used by a particular agency, I adopted a method that I found on OSM Help (https://help.openstreetmap.org/questions/80870/bus-stop-used-by-multiple-networks-with-multiple-names). I'm also aware of the alt_name tag but it doesn't specify which entity uses that name in their system. That's why I ended up using name:GO Transit for some transit stops.

oops forgot to include that. The fixme tag was for relation/10664523 GO LW Union to Hamilton GO.

Hi Jarek, thanks for pointing it out! I'm pretty sure the connection between the P&R and Dundas St is accessible to the public. I did not pay much attention to the taggings while editing these roads and will adjust them accordingly ASAP.
