It was an error, thank you. (Just corrected.) The actual object was a small marker block (jelzőkő means marker stone) that looked like a survey point (with a "+" on its top). It seems it should have been marked as man_made=survey_point. There is a wooden post nearby, with number '95' on it, which is a different node.
