Thanks for fixing my edits, really appreciate the effort. I am not sure why the source map is not working for you because I am able to access it. You can try this alternate link: https://map.ucla.edu/downloads/
However, as pointed out by OSM community, we have immediatley stopped making edits in OSM using University site maps as a source. Please let me know if you have any queries.
