upd: нашел официальные документы. Написано "по западной границе отвода". Очень странно, получается, что в городе улицы Жлезнодорожной нет?

Смотрю ошибки валидатора gis-lab - из-за того, что Железнодорожная улица не попадает в полигон города (мультиполгион place), идут ошибки адрески. Так и должно быть, что улица проходит вне города? Может быть, граница города идет по другой обочине дороги (так, что улица внутри города)? Очень необычная ситуация, когда именованная улица проходит ВНЕ населенного пункта. Может быть, есть ссылка на официальные документы?

Отлаживаю я тут ошибки валидатора, и вижу изолированный граф tertiary "Подъезд к селу Васильевка", который соединяется с primary через сеть residential. Это нехорошо. Надо или понизить маршрут 08К-10 до unclassified (подъезд всего к одному НП может быть и unclassified), либо поднять часть городской сети Бикина между трассой и 08К-10 (Комсомольская, Лесная, Бонивура) до tertiary. Что лучше/красивее?

After I made changes, DWG recommended to not change "coffee" to "coffee_shop" because "it _might_ be a restaurant in which all the dishes contain coffee" and so on. That is why I reverted all similar changesets, including this one.

Well, I'll accept any decision.
I have no ideas how to choose "problematical" objects to undo them.
So, may be, best decision is to revert whole changeset?

This tag changing was made only by manual select from taginfo, it was not bot edit.
There were
coffee_shop - 14 121 objects
Coffee_shop - 180
coffee - 123
Coffee - 16
coffee␣shop - 15
Coffee_Shop - 14
coffe_shop - 7
And only first tag has its description in wiki: cuisine=coffee_shop

That's why I decided to change all this values (because all of them means the same thing) to only one value.
Another tag, opening_hours, was edited only manual for every single object that generated error/alert by JOSM

I did not change at all any object that contained several values (cuisine=foo;bar), only "only coffee-related" cuisines.

Basically, this edits are like correcting mistypes. Is any discussion necessary for mistypes edit?

You are right, I misunderstood difference between shrubs and scrub. Changeset reverted.
