Apologies for the delay in response. I was unaware that my edit was being duplicated at the node. As freebeer mentioned, this could have happened because of the bug with tool. However, we are putting efforts to proactively identify and resolve such errors if committed by our editor. We are also in attempts to change the editing tool.
