They are statistical. If you want to change anything please do so. I imported the proper part municipal borders and left the old, repurposed to statistical as they are used for that purpose.

No it's statistical. The old borders are in fact by statbel and not ngi (part) municipalities.

FYI the reason i recreated this is because the boundary was broken (!) And hence did not show up properly. See relation/10284875. Mine fixed this issue.
