Yes it was the most convincing way to tag it that I could find. As this is indeed an unconvential tram system it would be wrong/misleading to not tag it like a standard tramway. I checked beforehand also how some other similar system were tagged but couldnt find a correct and established way. Thanks for the feedback!

I think it should somehow indicate that this rubber tyred tram uses the road as "rollway" instead of rails. It is a Translohr tram system. I followed this OSMwiki guide proposal for unconventional railway details osm.wiki/Proposal:Unconventional_railway_details#Rubber-tyred_tram
