This change is wrong.
The cited source has the two railway sections mixed up. The lines where the etcs-rollout was actually completed were Holstebro-Vejle and Herning-Skanderborg. While the article states, that it was Holstebro-Herning and Vejle-Skanderborg. The Danish rail infrastructure manager, BaneDanmark has published a map on their website (see: https://www.bane.dk/Borger/Baneprojekter/Signalprogrammet/Fjernbane safly only in danish), which is probably the most acccurate source. The rollout on this section is not to be completed before 2025, although contruction is currently ongoing.
