Did the park close down the ring road to cars, and it is open now primarily to bikes only? I can't find evidence of that, but have not personally visited in a very long time. Given lack of evidence or explanation, I'm changing this back to a road.

If it is indeed now a cycleway, I would expect the interior roads to also be closed to traffic. This would also make the majority of the park's amenities accessible to only bike and foot traffic. I can revert to cycleway and help clean up the rest if provided evidence this drastic change has been made to restrict vehicular access.
