Arima's borders were created in the municipal corporations act of 1990 along with San Fernando, Chaguanas etc.

And I understand that but a moderator messaged me the same But...he said that I could also follow Trinidad and Tobago's specifications for our roads which define the Ckaude Noel Hwy as a motor way. According to our Motor Vehicles Act the word Motor Way is synonymous with the word highway so therefore the Claude Noel Hwy should be categorised as a Motor Way

Good day... the claude noel highway is considered a Highway/Motorway in Trinidad and Tobago. I dont know where you got your information from but it is indeed a motorway by Trinbagonian standards...this also includes the rienzi kirton hwy in San Fernando
