בכל פנים, אפשר מבחינתך להחזיר כרגע לתיוג הקונבנציונלי?

כן ראיתי הצעה של הטאג metropolis, אבל היא ננטשה. לכן לדעתי הנוכחית היא הדרך הטובה ביותר להבדיל בין הערים הרגילות בארץ לבין 4 המטרופולינים. וגם אם כבר יש קונבנציית תיוג ארצית, אני חושב שכדאי להיצמד אליה עד שיעבור דיון.

לפי ההגדרה של OSM - זה מתאים למקום שבין village לבין city, וזו לדעתי הגדרה מתאימה יותר לכרמיאל. בתרגום לעברית, אגב, זה גם כן עיר.
המקומות *היחידים* שמוגדרים נכונה כ-city בישראל הם ת"א, י-ם, ב"ש וחיפה, כאשר כל השאר (כמו נהריה, עכו, זכרון...) מתוייגות כ-town.
עם כל האהבה והכבוד לעיר, אני חושב שיש לה עוד זמן עד שתגיע לסטטוס של 4 המטרופולינים :)

Hi, it's nice that you added some ways and enhanced the map detail. But why did you delete the sidewalks and crossings? Also in changeset #169906155... The additions are appreciated, but I don't see a reason to delete the hard work of others.

Appreciate your review! I'm indeed using aerial imagery correctly, with a fixed offset of (-1,-0.25) for the whole city when using the Bing imagery.
