One other thing that bothers me is that only some of the benches & flower beds show on the standard render -- the pedestrian area seems to be obscuring some of them, but only some! On some renders all of the items are covered, and some renders show them all.

Agreed, 'depot' doesn't seem quite right. Calling it parking seems wrong too though.

It's not entirely a parking area -- it's where their lorries load or drop off, and there's also a load of stuff like containers and so on.

I think I know what this is. I added items with the Organic Maps app on my phone, and it maybe decided this was a single changeset for some reason?

Also, I think the bike parking is wrong -- I remember getting confused about which street I was on at the time!

I definitely think there should be an area, as it's going to need things like benches and trees adding. But I'm not sure what to do for the best for the area and the way -- do you want to edit it to fix it?

osm.wiki/Guidelines_for_pedestrian_navigation says to use both an area and a way, but it doesn't say anything about whether one or both should have the name.
Broadmead has the name on both.

Sorry, I was basing my changes on how Broadmead is in the city centre, and maybe didn't pick up on all the elements required.
And yes, have surveyed, planning to add the benches and other features soon.

Thanks! What I meant rather than showing which floor it's on, is how do we show the shape of the supermarket, as it's inside a larger building?
