Thank you for checking. It is technically all one building, but it has two separate units. The original house is the back half with the address on 16th, and a shop was built onto the front of the house with the address on 65th. In the last two years, the house section opened as a separate shop, so the building is sectioned into two independent units. Hopefully this helps enough to support the change or correct what I’ve misunderstood
