Hey there! In the future, please don't delete streets and turn them into turning_loop nodes. Turning them into a single point is removing detail. Reference: highway=turning_loop

Hi, welcome to OpenStreetMap!
The changes you made look good, the only things I'll say is try to avoid having both nodes and areas with the same information. You can select both the node and area and right-click>merge to automatically copy the info from the node onto the building.
Also, if you can try to square all your buildings you make with right-click>square feature to get perfect right angles.
