They were tagged as private before as access was private which means no public use. It also marks the road behind the scenes as not public. Tagging "no" means nobody at all can use them even the property owners. It is usually used for things like a road is washed out, not access like how you set the tag.

And complete
I will try to get the westbound done today
and thanks. Sorry for the confusion, but the routing needed the tolls back at least now for folks
Okay I will clean up
There are not yet any physical barriers, but they are under serious discussion to be implemented soon per CDOT's CTIO office. I am open to mapping it any which way, but regardless there needs to be tags/markings to signify that the left lanes are tolled
I understand but you marked the express lanes as hov and they are only tolls not hov. CDOT is also proposing putting in physical dividers onto them to cut off lane crossers. This is also keeping it consistent with all of the other express lanes on I-70 and I-25. Your changes were screwing up routing and did not delininate the tolled parts. This is also consistent with express lanes all across the US.

No one here calls it the Centennial Freeway so that may just be a historical term. It is indeed just known as C-470. Then there is E-470 which is the toll road.
It seems like 5+ years ago Douglas County dropped out of the DRCOG naming scheme of roads and mostly dropped directions in the names. So a ton of roads in douglas county have not been updated to reflect that.
It's also better to change the existing node too to preserve it's history rather than deleting and re-creating
Then change the business to an address if it changes or is empty, Otherwise things are double tagged, and you do not have the full address. Just putting a unit address with no other details throws constant QA errors and is unacceptable to do like that on here.
The issue is that you had 3 nodes in North America, and one in SE Asia
Those areas outside are part of other cities and towns but all share a zipcode as Colorado zip codes span municipalities. The OSM wiki itself calls out that Parker is a town and notes it. OSM also tends to treat 100k as the dividing line
Parker is not a city, officially it is a town
Correct those roads/driveways are all public now. I believe they were marked private when construction of the neighborhood was on going but was never cleaned up afterward. I can clean it up right now no problem.
This is a public park and public parking. Please revert this edit

This is a public park and parking area. Please revert

Correct, that CO one is a Denver Biscuit Company. Steak N Shake was there a long time ago.
Do you have a source for this park? It looks like just a drainage pond.
