Stand 2020-01-01 gab es in einer bbox von ca. 30×20 km um Göttingen 43000 Uses von survey:date und 0 check_date. Die "34/66%" (egal worauf es sich letztendlich bezieht) sind ausschließlich durch die umtaggenden SC-Horden entstanden, die bis 2023-08 lokal etwa 2500 check_dates (also eher 5%) umgesetzt haben.
Aufregerthreads über SC gibt es zuhauf, es wäre nicht das erste Mal.

way/673069705 wurde zwar durch Verschiebung von node/322144964 kürzer, aber die Info, dass Fahrspur nicht gewechselt werden darf, blieb logisch erhalten, da ab Node '64 ja sowieso gebrancht wird und dann Fahrspurwechsel sowieso ausgeschlossen sind.

Es wäre zumindest gut zu erfahren, an welcher Ausfahrt du das Problem festgestellt hast.
