opinions on sidewalk mapping can vary a LOT, but when the sidewalk already exists as its own feature in OSM, it is extra helpful to tag the road with `sidewalk:both=separate`. i'm not sure if that's something you can even do in StreetComplete, though.

these are operated by the school, not the city. operator for sidewalks will typically follow the road, but if the footpath is off on private property, not along the right-of-way, it will probably be something else

you probably just "bumped" a preset in iD, but you dropped a bunch of valid tags off of the bakery POI and turned it into a "compass_rose" feature? I put it all back.
