Thank you for reviewing my changeset and bringing the issue to my attention. I apologize for the mistake made in tagging the highway incorrectly. Initially, I changed the alley to a service road based on my interpretation of the aerial imagery and parked cars in the area, which I now understand was incorrect.

Thanks to your valuable feedback, I have reviewed and corrected my mistake by changing the service road back to an alley in changeset #135097610.
