To clarify further, is you change the rest of the tracks to railway:ls=no, it would be great :)

From your changeset, the LS is present only on 4,5 km between Smiřice and Předměřice nad Labem (north of Hradec Králové) where the max speed is 120 km/h, all other changes are wrong.

Hi, I looked at Overpass turbo which railways are tagged as railway:ls=yes, where I noticed this suspicious area and this very large changeset. If you look at https://provoz.spravazeleznic.cz/Portal/Show.aspx?path=/Data/Mapy/ATP.pdf, only a small portion of tracks have LS signalling equipment, mostly just the main routes with top speeds over 100 km/h. I think this changeset needs to be reverted because it's very confusing.
