I thought it would be okay to map the majority of proposed projects, regardless of their actual probability of being realized. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any clear guideline on this. It would be useful to have an additional tag indicating the probability of realization, which would allow more proposed projects to remain included on the map, unfortunately we dont have it, as much as i know.

However, if you think otherwise, and if the generally accepted OSM guidelines suggest that such projects should not be shown on the map, then I'll leave the decision to you regarding what is better and more useful for OSM.

The governments of both states ratified the border delimitation agreement with each other on the Andijan reservoir agreement. According to the delimitation, the reservoir is located in Uzbekistan's territory at 900 altitudes. Can you explain this changeset?

There is Uzbekistan Automobile Roads Committee’s list. And in this list specified which roads are trunks (roads of international importance) and primary roads (roads of state importance) and etc. Also these roads which i have changed are more likely to be primary than secondary or tertiary roads in the case of connecting big towns, cities and the number of cars which run these roads. But this is secondary case to my editing, the first one is ,as i have mentioned already, all of these specified in government office’s list which.
