What is the source of the address data?

Die alte Trasse ist vollständig überbaut mit der Strasse und somit nicht mehr zu erkennen. Meiner Meinung nach gehört das eher in OpenHistoricalMap.

It is the apartment number. The address (housenumber) is the same for all apartments in the complex, but each building has a further number. Probably addr:unit would fit better here.

Add a more descriptive changeset comment and don't add a name to the buildings unless you know they have one.

Any reason why you delete the separately mapped sidewalks?
Without them it isn't possible to map details like surface of the sidewalks or kerb heights.

I don't think there is a need to use relations for these landuses as they are actually closed ways. While doing it with ways creates some duplication I think that outweighs the complexity, see osm.wiki/Relation:multipolygon#Mapping_style,_best_practice

I think the apartment unit numbers should be tagged with addr:unit instead of name (both will render in carto). Though going over taginfo it seems that addr:unit is barely used in South Korea with just under 1000 uses, but name with the apartment number has over 10000 uses.

The name should only be added if the tree has an official name.
The way you used it could be done with the genus and/or species tags (and the :de translations if needed). See here osm.wiki/DE:Tag:natural%3Dtree

You are right this isn't totally clear, we need some clear rules.
I sent an email to the mailing list.

If you replace existing ways it would be better to edit the existing ones instead of deleting and creating a new one.

The tags source:city_county_code, source:city_county_name, source:province have been removed as they can be infered from the spatial data (similar to is_in: keys).
I renamed the source:serial tag to postal_code:serial.

Following the wiki (both osm.wiki/Ko:Map_Features and osm.wiki/Korea_Road_Classification) a national road would be trunk.
Even if it has an intersection it would be trunk in my opinion as the classification should be regarding the importance of the road which would be the classification as national road.
