Wayback Machine o Wikimedia Commons, ma in quest'ultimo caso dovresti richiedere il permesso all'autore della foto per rilasciarla con licenza CC-BY).

ho notato che hai aggiunto parecchie foto di cartelli segnavia utilizzando le foto di StreetComplete. Il problema é che queste foto vengono eliminate automaticamente dopo 7 giorni dalla chiusura della nota, quindi tutte queste foto sono ormai irraggiungibili. Andrebbero salvate e ricaricate altrove (es. Wikimedia Commons) per non perderle.

Mokas and coffee. I will change it to shop=houseware since it's the most used tag for elements with name=Bialetti (28 shop=houseware vs 12 shop=coffee if I remember well). Even though this way the information that the shop sells coffee as well is lost.

Asking for a source is normal in OSM, especially for remote edits. It’s not meant to be unfriendly; it helps ensure data quality.

Next time, please include the source URL directly in the source=* field of the changeset, at least while editing in Italy. Also, please do not convert ways to nodes just to please btcmap.

Same here, I would have add the Wikidata once to the superroute, instead of adding it to 152 different stages.

Since the Q-Item is about the entire route, and not about individual stages, wasn't it better do add it to the superroute (relation/2389235) instead that duplicating the data 61 times?

It would be better to move the already existing nodes, instead of deleting and re-creating, otherwise the history of the element is lost, see: osm.wiki/Keep_the_history

Una ricerca del nome del lago con i nomi dei due comuni in cui é posizionato non da nessun risultato, a parte siti che utilizzano dati OSM. Parrebbe un nome meme, io sarei per cancellarlo a meno di una fonte attendibile.
