Hai anche cancellato name:signed=no dall'edicola. Il tag indica che il nome non é visibile/esposto in loco. Se lo cancelli é perché é visibile, ma in tal caso mi aspetterei che tu lo aggiunga. Un errore?

Come preferisci, non l'ho aggiunto io. Io avevo solo spostato i tag dalla relazione pedestrian (relation/2592250/history/9) all'outer.

Se non conosci un tag, non è detto che magari qualcun altro non lo conosca o che verrà creato in futuro. Una stanza ad esempio può essere mappata come indoor=room. Ma cancellare fixme senza risolvere il problema non è corretto secondo me.

Il tag name=* dovrebbe contenere solo il nome proprio, non note o descrizioni. Per le vie ferrate esistono tag appositi, ad esempio si potrebbe usare route=via_ferrata invece di route=hiking, highway=via_ferrata invece di highway=path o aggiungere il tag via_ferrata_scale=*.

Honestly I think we should stick to Q-Items. For complicated cases name:etymology:description=* can be used. We use Q-Items with every other key using the ":wikidata" suffix, making an exception for this tag just makes things more complicated imho.

Cosa sono "Palmento" e "strada di pietra" (questo dovrebbe avere la maiuscola)? tourism=attraction é un tag molto generico e non aiutano a capire di cosa si tratta.

Non è necessario, sono passato io ieri e prima ancora a Dicembre e posso confermartelo. In generale sarebbe meglio prima effettuare il sopralluogo e poi modificare.
