what's the meaning of wheelchair:description=0?

Both changesets and your comment mention centroids, but it doesn't look like the nodes were actually placed at the buildings' centroids. Instead, they appear to have been placed on one of the buildings' corners.

e.g.
1. node/13970682274/
2. node/13970682269
3. node/13970682256 etc.

Ho ripristinato la situazione precedente non trovando fonti sul nome e vista la mancata risposta. Ovviamente se è un nome reale si può sempre ri-aggiungere, buon mapping

il campo "Nome" va utilizzato solo per i nomi propri, ad esempio "abbandonato" non è un nome, ma una caratteristica, che si può descrivere col tag disused=yes o abandoned=yes.

Inoltre per le varie attività bisogna aggiungere i relativi tag, ad esempio un supermercato avrà amenity=supermarket, un dottore amenity=doctors ecc.

cos'è "pian de gnela"? è il nome di quel pratone? ora come ora è mappato come parco ma non sembra corretto (parco su OSM = "Un'area verde, normalmente in un contesto urbano, creato per la ricreazione e il relax.")

We don't map for the renderer: osm.wiki/Tagging_for_the_renderer

highway=footway + area=yes is intended for walkable areas that can be routed across in any direction.

area:highway=footway represents the area occupied by a linear highway=footway, mapped separately. This is how the wiki currently describes the distinction.

That said, if the local community has reached a different consensus on this tagging scheme, I'm fine with it. This is not an issue I consider worth arguing over.
